The Support Vehicle
There will be two support vehicles for the Ocean 2 Ocean Challenge – Australia. The first is the prototype of the Kidney Kamper and the second is a Mercedes Vito van that will act as support vehicle carrying parts and spares along with four/five crew members.

The Vito will stay with the Tudor Rose throughout the trip, only leaving its side to swap drivers with the Kidney Kamper. Rod said: “The Vito is a good strong flyer with a six-speed manual 2.2L turbo diesel engine. It can tow two tonne and carry 1.5 tonne so will be great for the job.”
